I know of a few books that while they may or may not be directly linked to the Extraterrestrails they have some really great global political information that help explain what is really going on. Keep educating yourself before you try to educate others and never argue or fight... That is what they want us to do. Divide and Conquer!!!
They've already done it. However, the internet, blessed be the seeding of 1947, has rather reversed this state of affairs. The Chaos monster can't be reigned by some petty despot child. I would estimate that 95-98% of 'alien' related experiences can be either traced to delusions, or to some earthly cause. Usually, sadly, this is tied with the enormous Greenstar Project for a Staged Alien Invasion carried out by the USA government. I don't even know when they plan to do this now, or if they'll be able to pull it off with WWIII looming. But, whatever the case, dreams can easily be induced via ELF, and through stories spread on television, etc. about 'scary' aliens. I personally find the USA's plans to start World War Three quite a lot more frightening than most aliens.
